Brut is a free service by RotorDC that aims to facilitate the exchange of reusable building materials in Belgium. Potential buyers and sellers communicate directly without further assistance.
Here are the rules:
– Materials offered need to be within a radius of 150km around our warehouse in Brussels.
– Listings need to properly describe the available quantities, condition of the materials, available period and asking price.
– Only for deconstruction materials and building site surplus (no shop promotions).
– Pricing needs to be reasonably close to the cost of deconstruction, or less than 1/3rd of new price for surplus materials.
– We take no responsibility for these listings. We do not organise shipping, or provide any warranty. Buyer and sellers beware!
– Pick your language: french, english, dutch, or whatever works.
