3 square “sleeping units” of around 5m2 designed for a loft by dmvA architects:
– Unit 1 is made of a metal frame, and with truck tarpaulin, with a wooden base and roof, and connection to water (it currently hosts a bathroom)+ electricity
– Unit 2 is made of a metal frame and truck tarpaulin, with a wooden base (in which a double bed could be placed) and roof+ access to electricity.
– Unit 3 is made like unit 1 and 2, but has also wooden walls, a door, two round windows and a rooftop window. It has been used as a bedroom.
The 3 units are available together, and must be picked up on site (Koekelberg). As they are welted together, the metal frame must be cut to allow the units to be taken appart and evacuated from the loft (via a lift).
