This stackable chair 'DSC 106' by Giancarlo Piretti for Anonima Castelli (ca. 1965) has been salvaged from the former 'Hof van Beroep en Arbeidshof' in Antwerp, designed by the architects Marc Appel and Jan Welslau and built between 1973 and 1974. More info here

It consists of a skai upholstered seat and back rest mounted on light steel legs.

The design of the DSC 106 programme was driven by a logic of extreme flexibility regarding both production and use. At the heart of this system there are two elegantly designed brackets in polished die-cast aluminium. These castings (one of each, on either side of the chair) join everything together: the seat and backrest and the leg structure. The chair is built with only a few components easily replaceable.
