These handles have been salvaged in 2014 by our team from the former headquarters of the Générale de Banque (now BNP Paribas Fortis). The building, constructed between 1968 and 1979, was located on the Warandeberg in Brussels. Two renowned Belgian designers from that period, Jules Wabbes and Christophe Gevers, were commissioned to design the interiors. They are both well-known for their meticulous approach to craftsmanship and distinctive use of high-quality, timeless materials. Each salvaged item has developed its own unique patina during its time in use.
The product features a double sided door handle with or without keyhole in sand-cast bronze by Jules Wabbes. The handle is swivel (square spindle included with 0,8 cm width and 5 cm length).
