Can you hear the tile machine roaring?
We developed it to remove the mortar residue from the tiles we were reclaiming, but even before the machine was up and running, we started receiving requests from people needing it for reusing tiles in their own projects. Today, around half of our machine's operating time is devoted to this type of cleaning service.
Our system removes mortar residues from the underside, but not the grout residues from the edges. For reinstallation, it is therefore necessary to opt for joints twice as thick as in the original floor. In order to fit in the machine, the tile surface must be between 12 and 25 cm wide, with a minimum thickness of 10 mm.
