Prior to the 2017 overhaul of the building, Rotor DC was tasked with the removal of the distinctive decorative finishings of the building. Over the course of two weeks, large quantities of hardware, lighting fittings, doors, partitions and other materials were salvaged. The iconic oval meeting tables conceived by Eric Lesmere were demounted on site, and prepared for re-installation.
