Wood from Bowling Meibloem, Ghent

Over the past few weeks, in collaboration with demolition contractor BSV, we have organised the extraction of the wooden bowling alleys on the Meibloem site in Ghent. The long slabs have arrived at our warehouse and will be cut in the coming days. They will be cut in sections of 2, 3, and 4 meters. Longer lengths are however still possible on demand, up to 9 meter! The slabs will be sold unprocessed, without further denailing or sanding. Perhaps at a later stage we will make some tables from a few of them.  The alleys are composed of a mixture of primarily pine wood, with beech and details in maple and wengé. Surfaces should be expected to have scratches and water damage. Presumably they will have to be sanded before usage.
